Formatting: Manuscripts must be adhered to the IEEE template , available in Word format.
Language: Submitted manuscript could be written in Arabic or English .

It is the conference's scientific committee that decides whether a manuscript will be presented orally or in poster form.

1.Prepare your manuscript following the provided template.
2.Create an account and log in to the submission portal.
3.Upload your manuscript in PDF format.
4.Confirm all author details and submission details before finalizing.

1.All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
2.The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
3.Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper.
All accepted and presented articles and posters will be published in the indexed conference proceedings. Extended versions of the presented articles will be considered for publication in one of the following journals:
- Solar Energy and Sustainable Development (Scopus indexed)
- Libya Journal for Applied Science and Technology
- Wadi Al Shati Scientific Journal
